Richmond Evergreen Garden Club
Richmond Ever-Green Garden Club was Federated in 1985. Our club meets the third Monday of each month (except January and February) at All Saints Episcopal Church, 2329 Victory Blvd., Staten Island, NY at 7PM. During the year, the club participates in all First District events such as "The Healing Garden Living Memorial" and Blue Star Memorial. Besides our Annual Tea fund raiser, we participate in other activities such as flower arranging, flower shows, workshops and trips. We are involved with community beautification projects with plantings at Engine 165/Ladder 85 firehouse, Garibaldi-Meucci Museum, Fr. Capodanno Chapel at Fort Wadsworth as well as an Historic Preservation project and garden restoration at Silver Mount Cemetery. Our members share their knowledge and creativity doing floral arrangements for our club's projects at Amethyst House and St. Paul's Flower Festival too.
