Lee Gugliada. and a team of judges, held a flower arrangement workshop following the regular monthly meeting of the First District on Monday. There will be another workshop following the March meeting. If you missed it, here’s what you missed.

If you look outside, most trees have snow on them. However, if you peak inside many homes you’ll find very colorful trees.

With Christmas a few days away, this is a great time to learn about mistletoe. Eileen Torricelli wrote an article for the Advance called Myths, legends surround mistletoe. It tells you everything you ever wanted to know about mistletoe.
With the lighting of the 8th candle of the Menorah, we get a little closer to spring. Christmas will be here in a week. The Philadelphia Flower Show will be here sooner than you think.
